dc.description.abstract | Badminton, a sport with origins tracing back centuries, is a game that requires exceptional agility, precision, and coordination. As players strive for excellence, consistent and varied practice becomes paramount. Traditionally, players have relied on coaches or practice partners to provide the necessary training. The advent of technology has introduced innovative solutions, one of which is the badminton shuttlecock feeding machine. Design and manufacture of badminton shuttlecock feeding machine prototype to meet the following requirements. Specifications of prototype: • Horizontal angle: 60 degrees (Automatic) • Vertical angle: -5 to 25 degrees (Manual) • Max shooting point: 6 points • Capacity: 100 (units) • Control by HMI screen Functions of prototype: • Is capable of holding 100 badminton shuttlecock units to serve the users. • Automatically takes the shuttlecock from the feeding part to the shooting part. • Can shoot basic trajectories (clear, smash, drop). • Can be controlled by users via HMI screen. Applying mechanical and electrical design softwares: • Autodesk Fusion 360 for designing and simulation the mechanical. • Altium for designing the electrical circuit. • MasterCAM to manufacture machine. Applying programming software: Arduino IDE and Visual Studio Code for programming control system of the machine. 3.
