dc.description.abstractThis graduation project presents the process of Design and manufacture of a conveyor roller assembly machine for Maruyasu Company. The system is designed to enhance automation, reduce manual labor, and improve overall production efficiency. The system is developed as a semi-automatic solution, combining conventional mechanical components with modern actuators such as stepper motors, pneumatic cylinders, sensors, and a PLC-based control system. The assembly process is performed sequentially through several stages: shaft feeding, shaft clamping, rotary indexing of the fixture disk, roller component assembly, and finished product unloading. Each stage is optimized for operational speed and reliability.en_US
