In aerospace engineering, precision in the manufacturing and assembly of mechanical systems plays a decisive role in overall system reliability. A typical example is the nose landing gear (NLG), which integrates multiple functions including dynamic load bearing, shock absorption, and directional control. With a structure composed of multiple joints and pins, even minor assembly deviations can significantly affect local stress concentrations, kinematic stability, and service life. This thesis focuses on the development of an assembly procedure and the evaluation of geometric deviations introduced during assembly. Finite Element Method (FEM) simulations are used to compare ideal and imperfect assembly cases to observe their impact on structural performance.en_US
