dc.description.abstract1. Actual needs of the topic During the packaging process at the vertical type packaging machine. The product in the bag is rumored to be on one side. When production and manufacturing technology is not yet developed, enterprises and factories will carry out the uniform distribution of products by labor. This causes a number of disadvantages and common difficulties such as: low productivity, labor-intensive. Over time as well as the development of automation, these stages are gradually being replaced by machine parts as well as sensors. Today's production and processing enterprises are promoting investment from modern sorting and contribution lines with multiple categories, meeting production requirements and improving productivity. Under the request and sponsorship of Sunfield Company – Japan, the team decided to choose the topic "Design and Manufacture of a Machine for Uniforming Bagged Products". This is a highly practical topic and if completed, it will help a lot for manufacturing enterprises. 2. Scope of research - The specific requirements are as follows: • Evenly and flatten the bags that are unevenly distributed inside the product before putting them in the box • Stack each of the 3 evenly made bags flatly into the boxes. • The bags fit in the box. ( about 5mm from the surface of the box) • There is no negative impact on the bag and internal products. • Products packed in bags: 3 bags/box • Homogenization: 3 seconds/bag • Loading into box: 10 seconds/box - Build a system model with practical requirements and permissible accuracy. - Apply the knowledge learned and learned externally to the design and manufacture of the system. 3. Contents of the project implemented - Number of pages explanatory: 51 pages - Number of drawings: 7 A0 drawings - Model: 1 4. Results Achieved • Theoretical part - Research and application of Arduino controller programming - Theory of cylinders, control valves, relays, motors, buttons, and connecting Arduino wires to the system • Calculation and design - Design and manufacture of mechanical parts. - Install the electrical cabinet and wiring to the appliances - Successfully designed and built a relatively stable operating modelen_US
