The study began by identifying the essential requirements for effective beach safety monitoring. This includes the need to track visitors' real-time, current location, continuously monitor their heart rate using sensors, and integrate with web platforms or apps to provide a flexible and user-friendly interface that is easy to use. From there, we can determine the current status of visitors to issue timely warnings. To meet these requirements, the research develops a complex algorithm and integrated modules. The algorithm processes data from heart rate sensors and GPS devices to assess the health and location of each beach visitor. The developed modules incorporate LoRa technology for long-range communication, ensuring a seamless connection between sensors and the central monitoring system. The web platform or apps are integrated to provide a beautiful, interactive, and flexible user interface. Research results show that our IoT system not only meets safety monitoring requirements well but also provides early warnings when detecting abnormalities in visitors' heart rates or location data. At the same time, the friendly user interface helps managers and rescue workers easily monitor and respond promptly to emergencies. Implementing an IoT system provides an effective tool to improve safety and care for visitors participating in bathing activities.en_US
