dc.description.abstractAlong with the development of technology are the needs of users for services that require high speed internet. As phones become more and more modern and more popular, the content we use every day also evolves. Not long ago, we could hardly imagine a day that could look and talk directly to someone who was far away from us on a continent. But now only with the smart phone on hand the job, that is made easily. In additional, now your average smart phone is used to play HD videos, upload and load the entire album and provide a close-up online experience you'll get on a computer. Everything has changed and we can see a lot of announced telecommunications network standards such as GPRS, 3G, 4G LTE and especially in the near future will be 5G. Therefore, it is a huge challenge to handle dozens of user requests to the network. And with the evolution of the services that network standards offer, it is even more difficult to satisfy each user for each different service. In this project, we study Capstone Project “Develop and evaluate MAC scheduler algorithm in the LTE cellular network” to handle that situation under the guidance of PhD. Nguyen Quang Nhu Quynh at Danang University of Science and Technology and Eng. Pham Ngoc Hai at Viettel Group. The project includes Research, Design and Evaluation parts which are carried by Nguyen Chi Kien and Le Thuc Minh Tien. Up-to-date, the project has been successfully completed by comparing different scheduling algorithms. In particular, we have developed the new algorithm based on theory and compared it with existing algorithms. All results are made on NS3 simulator and analyzed by excel.en_US
