In recent years, climate changes have caused a lot more natural disaster than in the past. In fact, people in tropical area frequently face high risk of being victims of flood and landslide due to the excessive precipitation. The extreme rainfall also has adverse impacts on agricultural activities and transportation. Thus, it is urgent and necessary to have a system that can give reliable data and effectively inform people for preventive measures. As of now, early warning fields (EWF) as such as environment warning through the survey of the conditions of the environment that were applied in the early flood warning or information support at hydroelectric plants; or civil fields such as, water supply, electricity, agriculture ..., the use of wireless sensor nodes has many benefits, especially resolve the geographic difficulties as well as risks of utilizing cables. Wireless sensor network (WSN) plays an important role in the Internet of Things infrastructure (IoTs). This model allocates network connections everywhere and collecting data between sensors, machine to machine (M2M) ... through wireless protocols and then transmits the data to the central module, which has an internet connection, with the purpose that transmits the collected data on the webserver, serving the needs of monitoring and alerting. This thesis proposes a system with a Slave Node and a Master Node. These two are equipped with sensors to collect environmental parameters such as precipitation, temperature and humidity. The data from Slave Node would be transmitted through wireless network to Master Node, which upload all information to a web server by GPRS. The web could build variable charts in certain time intervals based on the fluctuation of environmental parameters at two nodes and give warning by sms message or call to manager if the rainfall or water level exceed a threshold, at which flood is likely to happen.en_US
