dc.description.abstractSince the advent of the assembly line, conveyor systems have been mainstays of factories a and warehouses alike for transporting materials along the production path or storage facilities. Conveyance systems can be very basic, such as rolling pin-style conveyor belts, which rely on momentum built up from slopes to transport materials. However, conveyance systems can also be entirely mechanized and automated for the transportation of materials and for interaction with automated production lines. SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) becomes very important for modern industry, it helps people save manual labor and time. In the world, there are many applications of SCADA for various manufacturers for different types of equipment. For Example: - Electric power generation, transmission and distribution - Water and sewage - Buildings, facilities and environments - Manufacturing - Mass transit - Traffic signals The industry continues to grow, fueled by tech innovation including machine learning technology, which identify and classify a better, high automation. From that scenario and technology trend, we have made progresses in project building a SCADA conveyor system which provide an easier system not only for control but also for increasing productivity. The SCADA conveyor system consists of two parts: software and hardware. Software: build a product identification neural network on MATLAB software, the interface with user, send the processed data to the hardware to execute. Hardware: use PLC to control conveyor system, with advantage suitable for use in industrial environment.en_US
