Green Challenge is a project aiming at developing an electric scooter sharing system, which is suitable and utilize the current infrastructure of Vietnam. This system is used as a green solution to support the public transportation and reduce the environmental effects of motorbikes in Vietnam. The project started on March 2016 and finish the pilot phase on December 2016. Within the scope of this capstone project, we mainly focus on the stabilization of the current system that is to upgrade the current system with prescribed standard to serve for higher requirements in terms of security, robustness and efficiency. Specifically, we implemented a NFC reader module in combination with a hashing function and a secure transport layer for MQTT protocol. Furthermore, we developed new modules to support the vehicle position tracking and data transmission between escooters and the server in an efficient way. Finally, we evaluated result for each module. Both functional test and integration test are conducted to guarantee that each module and the whole system works as expected.en_US
