Đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý thực hiện dự án bảo tồn di tích tại đô thị cổ Hội An

Abstract

Đề tài nghiên cứu các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả quản lý thực hiện dự án bảo tồn di tích tại Đô thị cổ Hội An, từ đó đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý. Bảng khảo sát gồm 20 biến quan sát ban đầu được thiết kế theo thang đo Likert 5 mức độ, thu thập từ 31 cán bộ, chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực quản lý dự án bảo tồn di tích. Qua kiểm định Cronbach’s Alpha, 18 biến hợp lệ được giữ lại và phân thành 4 nhóm: năng lực - kinh nghiệm, hệ thống pháp lý, kỹ thuật - tài chính, và các yếu tố khác. This research investigates the factors affecting the management efficiency of heritage conservation projects in Hoi An Ancient Town and proposes corresponding solutions. A survey questionnaire with 20 initial observational variables based on a 5-point Likert scale was distributed to 31 officials and experts in the field of heritage conservation project management. After performing the Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test, 18 valid variables were retained and categorized into 4 groups: capacity and experience, legal system, technical and financial aspects, and other factors.
