Design of an ice cube making machine

Abstract

Ice maker is an indispensable device in production facilities, food businesses, or households. Ice is important for keeping food fresh, chilling drinks, or creating cool iced drinks. Currently, on the market, there are many types of ice machines with technology, design, and features. However, most of the domestic ice machines are imported from countries such as the US, Japan, and Italy, so the prices are high. Therefore, our group decided to choose the topic "Design of an ice cube making machine" guided by Dr. Dang Phuoc Vinh. Our partners will try to take advantage of the knowledge learned at the school, along with the search for research and research so that through these topics, this document will have an overview, and understand more on financial topics.
