Based on the theoretical foundations learned in previous years, the content includes methods of analysis, calculation, and collection of professional opinions. From there, design and fabrication of automatic assembly using image processing applications. This system consists of a vacuum tube that comes with an object recognition camera, it will move freely in 3 directions in the Oxyz coordinate system to suck the goods, reposition and thereby install accurately into the available workpiece that the programmer requires. With the above content and tasks, the desired result the team wants to achieve is a complete design of the system, assembling the workpiece with high accuracy, good communication with PLC, good operation with HMI interface, stable operation camera, few errors
