Design and fabrication of automatic DIA glue injection machine

Abstract

One of the important aspects of the project related to machinery is the theory of structure, transmission mechanism, mechanics, and so on. We utilize Creo software for machine design and GX Works3 software for PLC programming. Python software is used for image processing. The design calculation part is also taken into consideration, including the design and manufacturing of mechanical components as well as electrical cabinets. Research on image processing is practiced, utilizing tools such as the OpenCV library. The user interface design is accomplished using PyQT5 and VTSTUDIO applications.
