Tính toán, phân tích và đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao khả năng vận hành an toàn lưới điện Công ty Truyền tải điện 2 theo quy hoạch điện VIII

Abstract

Đề án nghiên cứu đánh giá hiện trạng và đề xuất các giải pháp đảm bảo vận hành an toàn lưới điện thuộc phạm vi quản lý của Công ty Truyền tải điện 2 (PTC2). Ứng dụng phần mềm PSS/E để mô phỏng, tính toán các chế độ xác lập, chế độ vận hành trong các tình huống sự cố tiêu chuẩn (N-1, N-2). Dựa trên kết quả mô phỏng, đề án đề xuất các giải pháp kỹ thuật như nâng cấp cấu hình lưới điện, điều chỉnh quy hoạch nhằm nâng cao độ tin cậy và khả năng truyền tải cho lưới điện PTC2 giai đoạn đến năm 2030.

The thesis researches, evaluates the current operational status, and proposes solutions to ensure the safe operation of the power grid under the management of Power Transmission Company No. 2 (PTC2). PSS/E was utilized to perform power system simulations and steady-state analyses under both normal operating conditions and standard contingency scenarios (N-1 and N-2). Based on the simulation outcomes, technical recommendations, including transmission network reinforcement and planning optimization, were developed to improve the reliability and transmission capacity of the PTC2 power grid for the planning horizon up to 2030.
