Abstract: 
The thesis was carried out in the Truong Giang Electric J.S.C. This project aims for improving the manual feeding step for the Amada LCG 3015AJ Laser Cutting Machine into a completely automated process without human interaction. Currently, the tole supply and finishing are entirely handcrafted. They must put the tole on the laser cutter and adjust the position of the tole before the laser cutter starts working. Then the machine will automatically do the rest. Finally, the process ends when the product is taken out. This is not very effective as the product when taken out is picked manually and placed in the trays. Therefore, we want to change the mechanism to completely replace humans but still meet the demands for productivity and accuracy. Furthermore, as the first step in the casing production line of electrical cabinets, our products will be integrated into a new upgraded line with other subsequent stages in order to reduce labor costs and apply automation in the production process. The scope of this research focuses solely on the improvement of the Amada LCG 3015AJ Laser Cutting Machine
