Building control and monitoring system BMS at SeaBreeze Condotel Danang

Abstract

In this project, we present the process of building the system and the process of designing the monitoring interface of the Building Manage System applied in buildings, buildings, offices, .. The system is designed based on the usage level, the smart level of the building. This is a monitoring and control system for equipment in the building such as: lighting system, pump system, energy monitoring,... through control signals from electrical cabinets. More specifically, in this thesis, we focus on building a PLC control program for some devices in the system: lighting system, pump system, reading data from energy meter. In addition, we present some functions of the system monitoring interface
