Builing a livechat module for e-commerce website using chatbot technology

Abstract

To simplify and automate the product search process. Replace sales websites of businesses. I built a Chatbot system to help businesses approach selling products automatically. Topics include building a Chatbot that automatically sells products of a business that can be embedded in any website with simple codes and Dashboard for businesses to manage their businesses. In this project, I will have to work with Dialogflow to be able to build a Chatbot that automatically responds to customers. Along with that is building a server to manage the retrieval and saving of data from the Chatbot that saves data to MongoDB. To build a business management dashboard, I will use ReactJS.
