Building a website for hair appointment booking integrating a hairstyle trial feature.

Abstract

Nowadays, there is an increasing demand for fashion and beauty industries, resulting in hair salons having a larger customer base. During holidays and festivals, there is a sudden surge in the number of customers, leading to long waiting times. In order to mitigate these issues, I decided to develop a hair appointment booking system for a salon, allowing both customers and salons to have more control over scheduling and managing their time efficiently. In addition, choosing a hairstyle is also a dilemma for many people, especially women. It often takes a considerable amount of time for individuals to decide on the hairstyle they want. And sometimes, having a hairstyle that doesn't suit them can make them feel self-conscious. Therefore, I decided to integrate a hairstyle trial feature into this website. With this application, users can pre-book hair appointments, choose services, hairstylists, and suitable time slots, making the hairdressing experience much more convenient. Additionally, users can also browse and try on various available hairstyles for reference.
