1. Actual demand:
Product sorting machine are an important tool in the production and packaging process. There are several practical needs this machine can solve:
- Helps increase production productivity by automating the process of arranging goods into row, eliminating or minimizing manual work.
- Sorting machines can be programmed to sort goods according to specific standards, ensuring that goods are sorted accurately and uniformly.
These needs are often of particular concern to businesses that produce and package goods, as they help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.
2. Scope of research topic
Design and manufacture a system to arrange products into row based on the product and productivity requirements of the business
3. The content of the topic has been done
Pour 20 bags of the same product from the container into the machine. The machine has the function of separating overlapping products and arranging them in a row according to the length of the product.
4. Results
- Separate overlapping products after loading from the container.
- Arrange the bags into a row according to length and distance The products are even (60mm±5).
- The machine can accommodate 2 types of products of different sizes.
- Do not damage product packaging
