Abstract: 
With the increasing demand for agricultural production efficiency, the need for
optimal land management and utilization has become more urgent. Many farmers face
difficulties in optimizing production on their land and need solutions to connect with
customers who want to rent land. This leads to the need for an intelligent system to optimize
land rental and management. The 'Smart agricultural system integrates deep learning' project is designed to
address these issues. The project aims to help farmers and land renters save time, increase
production efficiency, and minimize errors in the process of land management. The system
integrates crop disease prediction to provide optimal solutions. This project includes building a website based on C# (Backend), ReactJs library
(Frontend), AI plant disease recognition through leaves using Python and building an App
using Flutter. As for the website, the project provides functions such as: land management,
crop management, rental land management, planting and crop management, plant disease
recognition. As for the App, the project provides the function of taking photos and
uploading photos to recognize plant diseases more flexibly.
