This paper presents an iCamera – develop a system for employee management and access control using Microsoft Cognitive APIs. We propose a camera surveillance system to recognize employee for controlling the gate. iCamera has the advantages of great identifying and recognizing through the image getting from the camera. To use an iCamera, we relies on a combination of facial recognition and APIs services, and does it in real time. People simply walk up to the gate that they want to open: the system will either recognize them as a company’s employee and let them in, or it will identify them as an intruder and deny access. The system, for the most part, is looking for the faces. The camera will receive the request and send real-time frame-by-frame of the front gate to application for analyzing. After that, API service provides algorithms to process images receive from the camera and return the information. The Application will be connected with the API service through the internet, authorized by a subscription key. Hence, the door system will control the open-state, it connect with the application through Bluetooth. This sophisticated technology will absolutely tighten up security, it is created not only to be convenient but safe for the company. Consequently, we also present a great program that all the recognition data will be saved in an online server for extra service, for example: birthday reminder, attendance checker... We offer a great way to build on a company culture is to make sure that milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries are never missed. A recent survey from AON establishes employee recognition at the top of pile when it comes to increasing employee happiness. Ultimately, small recognitions like remembering a birthday can go a long way for a company. There is a high chance that people will be more likely to keep staff onboard, increase productivity and have a happy workplace.en_US
