Nghiên cứu chiết tách và đánh giá hoạt tính sinh học của saponin từ cọng thân và lá sâm ngọc linh

Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm tối ưu hóa quá trình chiết saponin từ cọng thân và lá Sâm Ngọc Linh, đánh giá một số hoạt tính sinh học và bước đầu ứng dụng dịch chiết vào sảnphẩm kẹo cứng. Phương pháp bề mặt đáp ứng (RSM) được sử dụng để tối ưu nồng độ ethanol, thời gian chiết và tỷ lệ nguyên liệu/dung môi. Một số saponin được phân tích bằng LCMS/MS; hoạt tính chống oxy hóa, kháng khuẩn và gây độc tế bào được đánh giá. ABSTRACT This study aimed to optimize saponin extraction from Ngoc Linh ginseng stems and leaves, evaluate selected biological activities, and preliminarily assess its application in hard candy. Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to optimize ethanol concentration, extraction time, and material-to-solvent ratio. Selected saponins were analyzed by LC-MS/MS, while antioxidant, antibacterial, and cytotoxic activities were evaluated.
