Design Vietnamese id card extractor using deep learning

Abstract

Vietnam is entering the industrialization and modernization, along with the development of information technology, the trend of digitizing data is an inevitable demand. One of the urgent issues is to reduce the cumbersome and complicated in administrative procedures, especially in the registration and verification identity, and the reason is the manual entry of personal information. Our research provides a solution that helps to extract information from identification cards quickly, conveniently and accurately, thereby reducing time and unnecessary errors in these procedures
